Born and raised in California, Bob Moyce (better known as Spirograph) has always had an interest in music. From learning piano as a young child to learning guitar in high school and bass guitar in college, music has become Spirograph's life. A small studio built on the backbone of a solid software sequencer is all Spirograph needs to express his musical creativity. Spirograph draws his influence from a number of places and finds new ones every day. "I'm more content with trying new samples and variations. Somtimes I like the challenge of taking a harsh or strange sound and working it into a song." Through six full length albums and over a hundred individual songs, Spirograph has been able to show a multitude of emotional context without ever saying a word.
In addition to creating music, Bob Moyce also produces web sites (including this one) and does graphic design (including all associated artwork for Spirograph projects) under his design firm Phoenix Studios Productions.
